David Rockwell is a partner in the General Practice Group of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, practicing out of the Firm's London and Frankfurt offices. Mr. Rockwell joined the Firm in 1991 and has been actively involved in its European practice since 1994, when he first joined the London office. He was elected to the partnership in 1999. His languages include German and Spanish.
Mr. Rockwell's practice is focused on the representation of European companies and financial institutions in connection with their corporate finance activities. He has acted on behalf of issuers, sellers and underwriters in connection with a wide range of high-profile equity and debt financing transactions, from countries as diverse as Austria, the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Ghana, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Mexico, The Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, the United Kingdom and Venezuela.
