Our Los Angeles office opened in 1984. Since 1998, the office has been conveniently located in Century City, where it occupies the top 1 1/2 floors of a high rise office building. Although the interior of the office is traditional in style, it was designed to incorporate and make maximum use of all current technology advances. With Beverly Hills to the east and Santa Monica to the west, the office is close to the City’s most sought-after residential communities, the ocean, and entertainment venues.

S&C’s Los Angeles office has grown substantially since its opening and serves as home to both corporate and litigation lawyers, who service some of the world’s leading corporate, investment banking and financial institution clients. The office has one of the leading M&A practices on the West Coast. It also has preeminent bank regulatory, leveraged finance and capital markets practices. The office’s litigation practice runs the gamut from securities fraud and other class actions to complicated business fraud to trademark, copyright and patent disputes to private antitrust lawsuits to regulatory and internal corporate investigations.
