James Williams has been a Special Counsel in Sullivan & Cromwell's Litigation Group since 1996. His broad-based experience in intellectual property matters, specializing in patents, includes patent litigations and related matters before the courts and patent offices of the U.S. and other countries and the U.S. International Trade Commission, patent infringement and validity evaluations, patent procurements and technology transfers. He is an active member of various local, national and international intellectual property bar associations.
