Established in 1987, the Tokyo office has a leading reputation in capital markets and M&A matters.

The Tokyo office is interested in hiring U.S.-trained lawyers who have one to four years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions or Project Finance. Japanese language capability is essential. Applicants for associate positions must have a U.S. J.D. or a U.S. LL.M. degree.

We expect some summer associates will have the opportunity to work in the Tokyo office for a portion of the summer.
